Cambria Veterinary Care is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our professional team. Our veterinary customer service representatives are highly valued for their impactful role of helping pets and the people who love them.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and their pets and ensuring they attain the care they need
• Fielding phone calls and addressing the concerns and needs of clients
• Scheduling appointments and surgeries
• Maintaining medical records based on interactions
• Maintaining a knowledge base of products and services offered

• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
• Ability to work well with clients and the professional team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
