**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring creative visions to life. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize software such as Revit, CAD, Sketchup, and others to create detailed architectural designs

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements

- Prepare architectural drawings, details and specifications

- Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications and adhere to building codes

- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project details

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture

**Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture- Proficiency in software such as Revit, CAD, and Sketchup

- Experience in architectural design, drafting, and project management

- Knowledge of construction management principles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with contract negotiation and administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
