    Get ready to take on a dynamic role in the manufacturing industry as a CMM Programmer. This position is a perfect fit for those who are passionate about quality control, precision, and working with cutting-edge technology. As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will work closely with our manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure that all our products meet the exact specifications and high standards of quality that our customers have come to expect from us.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS software to inspect and validate manufactured parts.
    2. Interpret and understand complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate programming.
    3. Perform routine inspections and quality control tests, identifying and rectifying any deviations or discrepancies.
    4. Collaborate closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    5. Provide technical support and guidance in the use and maintenance of CMM equipment.
    6. Utilize Brown and Sharpe tools and techniques to ensure precise measurements.
    7. Ensure all activities are compliant with AS9100 quality management systems.
    8. Analyze and interpret CMM data, preparing reports on findings and recommendations.
    9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending modifications to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in CMM programming.

    Qualifications:
    1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CMM programming in a manufacturing environment.
    2. Proficient in using PC-DMIS software for CMM programming.
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
    4. Demonstrated experience in quality control and the use of Brown and Sharpe tools.
    5. Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems.
    6. Excellent technical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
    7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
    8. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
    9. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field.
