    JobDescription :

    The position of ClientService Representative entails being the primary customer supportfor our Arbitration Hub. Success in this position requires that theCSR is able to work independently with little to no supervision toprovide immediate availability be professional providedocumentation within our systems and be knowledgeable of Manheimsproducts and services.

    The CSR is empowered to make decisions thatwill eliminate impedance for our customers to buy cars. Thisempowerment requires the CSR to be confident in both the knowledgeof the business as well as Manheims product offerings.

    General Responsibilities :

    • The CSR will partner with all parties informedof the status of open issues and will work closely with escalationpartners to identify document and monitor any and all exceptions tothe standard processes to create a list of best practices.
    • Maintaining relationships with existingcustomers includes problem solving by the CSR by consulting withdealers and educating them about Manheim and ancillarypartners.
    • Part of this process will includeidentifying assessing and resolving these issues and determiningwho needs communication on these issues including central functionssuch as IT or Product or any such Manheim Partners.
    • May work across other departments to train on resolvingdifferent client issues.

    e. takethe call and handle internally vs. transfer or provide othercontacts).

    The CSR will also oversee / monitorthe resolution to all problems regardless of delegation to otherdepartment

    JobRequirements :

    • Ability tohandle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
    • Tremendous customer service skills.
    • Detail oriented great at problem solving. Accurate andthorough in your work and can maintain high quality workindependently.
    • Speaks clearly and persuasivelyin both positive and negative situations; listens and getsclarification; responds well to questions.

    Ability to write clearlyand effectively and document activities.

    Teamwork Balances team and individual responsibilities;exhibits objectivity and openness to others views; gives andwelcomes feedback;

    puts success of team above own interests; ableto build morale and group commitments to goals andobjectives.
