*Responsibilities*

- Communicate with customers to understand vehicle concerns and service needs

- Schedule customer appointments on the shop calendar

- Provide estimates for automotive services and repairs

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process

- Sourcing and ordering of parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
