The Client Advocate is responsible for providing support to clients by responding to their
inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues. This role serves as the primary point ofcontact between the client and our company, and strives to ensure that the client is satisfied with the services provided.
Responsibilities
Client Communication
● Answer phone calls in a timely manner with the appropriate greeting.
● Complete necessary administrative functions as requested
● Have an understanding of the flow of patients through the clinic.
● Intake clients and enter the client/patient information into Cornerstone.
● Check clinic emails.
● Call for cremains pickup.
● Process payments / take deposits from clients.
● Other administrative duties.
Patient Care:
● Assess patients upon arrival and notify the medical staff.
● Notify the veterinary technician or DVM of any changes in the patient’s condition.
General housekeeping
● Keep the reception area and exam rooms stocked and clean
● by ensuring sweeping and mopping of the floors.
● Empty garbage and take outside to the dumpster at shift end or as needed.
● In collaboration with your team, make sure the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning checklists are completed.
● Perform any duties that clean and improve the appearance of the hospital.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
