LOCATION: Waynesboro, GA (in-person position); Burke Service CenterJob Description/Duties
- Check vehicles daily (every morning) and do assigned paperwork.
- Notify supervisor of issues with vehicles.
- Transport individuals safely by approved procedure as scheduled.
- Supervise individuals in all aspects of service as assigned.
- Write Therap notes daily and make sure the frequency of services is met.
- Therap notes are daily with minimal errors.
- Report any incidents to your supervisor immediately.
- Assist with feeding and changings of individuals as assigned.
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
- Follow duty list according to schedule.
- Document education/goals in Therap.
Requirements/Preferences:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid GA Driver's License, preferably someone 20-21 years of age to drive company vehicles.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic Computer Skills
