Client Service Specialist
Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (5 days/week)
Full Time: 40 Hours
Position will be full-time in our Southampton office
Annual Salary: Determined by experience

You will assist Financial Advisors with client service to ensure world-class service with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.
This role consists of both client care and support as well as other practice specific tasks relating to client service administrative responsibilities as needed.
Job Description-Roles & Responsibilities:
- Actively seeks to resolve client service concerns and issues in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
- Direct and manage client contact to ensure client satisfaction. Provide direct support to advisors through the practice's systems and processes, to resolve client service issues and requests.
- Act as a liaison to team members to ensure a high level of assistance and communication is provided to clients and team.
- Responsible for supporting advisors with service requests, including but not limited to, the following:
- Prepare new business paperwork, obtain appropriate signatures, assist with money movements and account transfers/account rollover processing.
- Assist with 401(k) plans and participants, prepare and process insurance and annuity applications, estate settlements and trust accounts.
- Manage financial planning invoices, tax statements, and process distributions.
- Communicate with the home office or other businesses on behalf of the client/advisors.
- Update and maintain all client records & information as needed, including electronic files (scan and process).
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all advisors are prepared for client meetings.
- Mail processing: Handle and disseminate all incoming/outgoing mail daily and process accordingly (upload checks received, process paperwork, and other items as well as sending out documents and mailings).
- Follows and implements items required by compliance.
- Attend and participate in team and client events as requested.
- Act as back-up support to other Client Service Specialist/Financial Service Assistant (and their advisors) when needed or requested.

- Licenses (NY Life and Health, Series 7, Series 66)-renewal or ability to obtain
