Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
● Manages the main incoming email accounts for Owners Inc and its subsidiary brands daily.
● Is available to receive and return all client support calls for Owners Inc and its subsidiary brands throughout each business day
● Maintains callback completion standards by end of business each day
● Triages client service needs and forward to the appropriate department or lead via email or in the appropriate work order program
● Creates new client files in appropriate systems as needed
● Removes clients and updates service requests as needed
● Partners with brand directors to assist in client calls upon request
● Updates client profile information in all system upon request
● Follows all best practices for client services communication
● Follow daily priority list to execute his/her roles
Software Utilized Includes but is not limited to: Freshbooks, Microsoft 360, Skimmer, and Jobber.
