  • The Opportunity:

    Reporting to the Client Service Team Lead, the mission of the Client Service Specialist (CSS) is to develop, enhance, and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders for our High-Net-Worth Private Client team. The CSS will continue growing and developing their insurance knowledge and professionalism to the highest level possible. This position requires extensive interaction with internal clients and some interaction with external clients, with minimal direction and supervision.

    The Client Service Specialist (CSS) will have an associate degree plus three (3) or more years of personal lines agency experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). ACSR, CISR, INS, AAI or equivalent designation is preferred and CIC, CPCU, ARM or CRM Designation is also highly desired. A valid California agent’s license and valid driver’s license are also required. The CSS will have exceptional communication and computer literacy skills with the ability to work well with others in the solution of mutual problems; respects the opinions, abilities and contributions of others.

    This role will primarily service Entertainment/Business Management, Family office, High Net Worth clientele so prior or present experience with this client base is highly desired along with familiarity with Private Client markets such as AIG, CHUBB, CINCINNATI, PURE, etc.

    We currently operate in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days in office and the opportunity to work remotely the remaining 3 days. In office requirements may be greater at the early stages of employment or based on business need.


    In This Role You Will:

    • Provide prompt, accurate and thoughtful service for High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
    • Assist Private Client team in creating or updating client documents (i.e. projects, spreadsheets, submission development, research, proposals, etc.).
    • Assist in development of pre-renewal Client Engagement Strategy documents (property research, inspection reports, etc.)
    • Coverage Rounding of Existing Accounts
    • Concierge Service Management
    • Producing Reports in EPIC (Book of Business, Expiration, Activity, etc.)
    • Project assignments from Department Leader, Service Leader, Client Executive, Premier Marketing Manager, or Client Service Manager
    • Effectively and accurately complete projects, as directed
    • Provide backup support for other team members in times of absence
    • Other duties as assigned
