Client Service Specialist jobs in Wisconsin

We are looking to add to our team to accommodate our rapidly growing business. We are seeking highly motivated, self-directed and professional individuals who are willing to learn and commit themselves to growing with the Feldsteins' brand. Experience in jewelry or sales not required, but being a proficient conversationalist and fast-learner is a must.

We focus on taking a modern, customer-centric approach to meeting our client’s needs by always putting the client’s needs before ours. We have a full service custom work and repair shop on premises.

You will work directly with the owners and a growing number of staff, that will assist you in making your client’s dreams come true. Technical product knowledge and servicing of clients is taught daily and there are always opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay: $14.00 -$90.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full time
• 8 hour shift
• Tuesday – Friday 10am-530pm
• Saturday 10am-2pm

Supplemental Pay

• Commission Pay

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
