Client Services Operations Associate
Apex capital management, a wealth management firm in Lafayette, is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, Client Service/Operations associate. This is a full-time position M-F 8-5, with paid time off, health, dental, life and long & short-term disability insurance.
Although responsibilities may change over time to meet the needs of the practice, the successful candidate should have a flexible, problem-solving approach to the following:
· Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and providing guidance.
· Client onboarding, processing applications, transfers, account maintenance and updates, distributions, ongoing transactions and follow up as needed.
· Assist in preparation of client review materials/reports, sending/generating correspondence, and scheduling.
· Utilize our CRM and Document Management System for documentation and tracking of client data, tasks, accounts, policies and digital records.
· Maintain firm website.
· Complete various administrative tasks, that support advisors, operations, compliance as assigned.
· Participate in special projects or assignments.

· Above average knowledge of MS Office products (especially Outlook, Word and Excel).
· Able to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by SEC and internal compliance practices and procedures.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
· Previous experience working in financial services, preferably with RIA.
· Experience working with a custodian.
· CRM experience.
