Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. jobs in Rapid City, SD

Clinical Laboratory of the Black Hills has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Representative. We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented team player with the ability to multi-task. The CRS is responsible for overseeing pathology slides sort, delivery of slides for diagnosis, and filing slides upon return. Maintains records of tracking slides pulled from the files and the overall management and maintenance of slide storage, ensuring retention guidelines and disposal protocols are followed. This is NOT a clerical front desk job. This is in a laboratory setting, where as you will be in a laboratory for the entirety of your shift.

Primary duties include:

• Assist pathology slide sort, delivery of slides/specimens for diagnosis, and filing slides upon return.
• Maintain records of tracking slides pulled from the files and the overall management and maintenance of slide storage, ensure retention guidelines and disposal protocols are followed.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on occasion.
• Dispose of outdated materials.
• Transport materials to off-site location.
• Scan and Input data
• Assist HistoTechs with laboratory duties.
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Handling client phone calls pleasantly, diplomatically and accurately.
• Other support functions as needed.

Education requirements:

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED.

** Anatomy, Biology or Science background preferred.

Scheduled hours:

7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
