The Client Access Specialist is an entry-level position with an opportunity for growth within the Mental Health Center. Experience is not mandatory and training will be provided.

Client Access Specialists are responsible for one of the first impressions a client will have of the Mental Health Center. The Client Access Specialists are instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of client access needs, as well as initiating the revenue cycle throughout the Center. A Client Access Specialist is responsible for providing excellence in customer service, verifying insurance, gathering pertinent client-related information for assisting clients enrolling in services, scheduling appointments for Outpatient, Substance Use Disorder, and Medical Departments and providing information to clients and the public regarding services provided by MHC.

Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
