    As our Integrated Solutions Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence, fostering team growth, and optimizing customer experiences. You will be at the forefront of our innovative solutions, disrupting traditional telecommunications and connectivity channels.

    What You'll Do

    At it's core, this role will focus on leadership, management, accountability, coaching, and collaboration within the sales team and cross-departmentally.

    You will lead a high achieving, innovative solution setting, competitive sales team to capture quarterly and annual revenue goals. The integrated solutions team is tasked with discovering, qualifying, negotiating and closing deals for our 5G and LTE wireless WAN solutions and services with our customers and evangelizing the same solutions with our referral partners to extend our sales reach.

    Other responsibilities will include:
    • Marshal and instill the team vision, message and story with reps, partners and customers
    • Generate accountability through effective staff 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and adhoc conversations
    • Be a diligent student of leadership and sales leadership through the consumption of books, blogs, podcast and more
    • Energize the team through broadcasting sales stack rank results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
    • Initiate and maintain true coaching/mentee relationships with reps to make them more effective in their roles and more successful in sales
    • Understand the commission plans forwards and backwards and mentor the team to follow the money while achieving quarterly goals
    • Spend time “in the field” with reps by actually running appointments or calls with them; Coach for improvements based on observations
    • Orchestrate, organize, and report on the team sales plan and funnel
    • Collaborate with the Vice President of sales to develop, manage, enact and cascade the team go to market strategy, sales message, and plan
    • Collaborate with the Vice President of sales to report progress to plan, state of funnel
    • Collaborate with the Vice President of sales to identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
    • Collaborate with marketing to identify gaps in current marketing material or new opportunities to market toward
    • Collaborate with manufacture and service provider partners to create strategic collaboration between sales teams
    • Maintain accountability for employee job requirements, success criteria, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of extreme ownership.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts, increasing efficiency and accuracy across the team.
    • Plan and recruit to maintain necessary staffing levels to achieve company targets.

    Other Required Skills
    • Strong business email, phone and communication etiquette
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Proficiency in CRM systems; Zoho experience a strong plus
    • Experience and efficacy in managing and reporting a sales pipeline
    • Experience in sales; experience selling wireless technology hardware or WAN software a plus
    • Enterprise and government sales experience a strong plus
    • Experience coaching and leading an effective team of sellers
    Other Requirements
    • Able to travel for rep ride-alongs, customer appointments, and industry events.
    • Able to engage in manual labor – lifting of boxes, moving equipment, etc – when needed
