Quality Manager

Job Description

EY Technologies is looking for hands on Quality Manager responsible for the operational standards and procedures of EY Technology Inc. The Quality Manager will be an integral part of the management team. Their duties included:

• Member of the Safety Management Team
• Insures procedures are maintained and practiced on a continuing basis in conformance with the company’s QMS (Quality Management Standards & ISO

9001; 2015).

• Provide oversight for the effectiveness and integrity of the quality system.
• Report on the suitability and effectiveness of the quality system to the management team.
• Performs Internal Audits, and chairs company ISO meetings, and Management

Review Meetings.

• Develop and manage site-wide KPIs.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conforming material.
• Oversees MRB area and the material disposition process.
• Manage the quality control process for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods
• Develop and manage a statistical process control program
• Train employees on quality procedures and policies.
• Drives continuous improvement at the plant.
• Oversee the material testing lab.
• Perform external audits at key suppliers
• Performs additional task as specified by their manager

Qualifications/Skills:

• Highly effective project manager
• Analytical, innovative thinker with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Proficient with Microsoft programs
• Proficient with Minitab or other statistical software
• Familiar with SQCpack or other relational database

Education, Experience:

• BS in Engineering or other technical field
• A deep knowledge of ISO 9001-2015
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred
• Six Sigma experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fall River, MA 02720: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
