MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, or Construction.
• 10 years’ experience in construction or contracting.
• PE License.
• Experience in project management and business development.
• Experience in understanding blueprints, contract specifications and to interact with clients, contractors, and management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and registered insured vehicle.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of construction management.
• Project budget management.
• Knowledge of construction inspection and testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
