Job Description:
The Client Services Manager is a proven producer that is capable of successfully listening to customers’ needs, identifying Bluewater’s solutions, and executing. They will have an established track record of understanding a sold scope of work and holding clients accountable to timelines, creating and managing change orders, all while being flexible and getting the job done.
The ideal candidate will understand how to assemble productive, cross functional teams that get stuff done. The Client Services Manager will focus on creating live experiences in collaboration with customers. This would typically include experiential events, employee meetings, sales kick-off meetings, internal and external training programs, and virtual events.
The candidate will deeply understand events and be able to identify client objectives and will be an expert in translating technology and Bluewater’s integrated solutions into those requirements. They are extremely comfortable working with executives and high-profile projects, have strong entrepreneurial skills, and look for opportunities in the various stages of engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages and understands budget creation
- Understands how margins can be raised throughout the process of the job
- Teaches customers about experiential/tech design, and guides them through the decision-making process
- Assembles teams, manages processes, successful influencer
- Collaborates with operations and support teams on projects
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years’ sales/account management experience, ideally within the Live Events industry
- Detail oriented
