Client Technologies Technician, Sr. jobs in Minnesota

We are looking for a full-time Computer Technician (Help Desk Support) to work on site to support end users and execute IT requests . Flexibility on work schedules, as this position requires occasional night &/or weekends.

Additional responsibilities in this role include:

• Take helpdesk calls from internal customers
• Working closely with more senior staff, resolve or escalate end-user help requests
• Log work activities and report negative trends or anomalies
• Work within a team to advance IT infrastructure projects
• Working from documentation, install, configure, and deploy workstations

Qualifications:
Associates degree in Computer Technology or comparable experience

Other Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Enterprise and Commercial software suites including some or all of Office, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and related products.
• Strong writing/clerical skills, whether in a professional or educational setting a plus
• Working familiarity with common desktop hardware and software configuration.
• The ability to work within a team, attention to detail, etc.
• Being an enthusiast/hobbyist in computer systems strongly desirable, including PC building, home lab setup, or other enthusiast networking.

This position will be a combination of onsite and remote work
