firstPRO inc. is looking for a Data Manager for our client in Coopersburg, PA.

This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

Hybrid Schedule - 4 days on site - 1 day work from home.

Responsibilities:

Partner with VP of Finance to support Dashboards creations and Data Analytics

Work alongside teams within the business team to establish business needs. Collect and interpret data

Data cleansing and integrating datasets from multiple sources

Interpret the results of analysis for non-technical audiences and present work internally

Perform data analytics to support Business wide requests

Provide margin reporting and key business insights for executive leadership

Identify & implement standard operating procedures to create scalability across the team

Maintain a philosophy of continuous process improvement; streamline and automate existing processes

Liaison with cross functional leaders to develop financial approval plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of related experience in the data management or Analysis

Demonstrated leadership experience

Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to present results clearly and concisely for executive leaders

Expert level skills in SQL, Tableau, Python
