Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a primary care facility in Northwest Arkansas. This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the clinical support staff. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, work assignments, patient flow, compliance, training and performance appraisals. A current Arkansas LPN or RN license and previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required. This is a full-time position, M – F.
