Searching for a Weekend Clinical and Operations Manager for Top of the World Ranch. This position needs to be a dynamic mental health therapist with the ability to also direct and manage during the weekends.
Top of the World Ranch is a beautiful residential treatment center that is situated on 300 acres in Milan, IL. We believe in a holistic approach to addiction in that we utilize the outdoors and experiential therapies to drive our program. We have a high success rate compared to the national average. We believe in aftercare formation at the beginning of the client's stay and most of the individuals that come to us go to sober living.
We plan to expan our services and continue to improve our outcome measures through this position. The right candidate will be one that aligns with a servant leader mentality that is not afraid of compassionate confrontation with the clients or staff members.
The Quad-Cities, which is nearby the Ranch, offers a very low cost of living. Please, note--this position will work Thursday-Monday every week. We offer a generous PTO and benefit package with coverage for vacations, sick days, etc.
Job Summary:
As the Clinical and Operations Manager, you will be ensuring that the weekends at Top of the World Ranch are to the standard that is held during the week. You will carry a heavy load on Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the quality and the effectiveness of the programming matches the intention. You will be looked to hold clients accountable. The Clinical and Operations Manager will conduct many groups, which requires a captivating and charismatic delivery that directs clients closer to their ideal selves. Assisting the Clinical and Operations Director in the upholding of all CARF standards and the Illinois Code 2060 will be of paramount importance. The ideal person for this position is a problem-solver who can think creatively while not shying away from difficult conversations or situations.

Job Duties:
· Works Thursday – Monday
· Responsible for ensuring that Top of the World Ranch maintains its strive for excellence during the weekends
· Responsible for the updating, goal formulation, and annual reporting on the organization’s technology plan
· Works with Iowa Solutions to ensure the IT Security maintains its integrity and all devices are accounted for
· Completes weekly walkthrough checklist of the grounds and meets with the Clinical and Operations Director weekly to provide findings
· Meets with the Clinical Lead weekly to provide oversight and guidance
· Addresses difficult clients when they arise
· Attends monthly safety meeting
· Plans alumni events with the case manager and clinical lead
· Attends the weekly UR meeting—quality control of all charts
· Provides Residential/PHP and IOP scorecards to Clinical and Operations Director
· Attends weekly AMA and Behavioral Contract Meeting
· Attends morning clinical meeting when present
· Attends monthly exit review and percentage of clients sober meeting
· Calls the family of clients when necessary
· Provides coverage for the Clinical Lead and Primary Counselors when necessary
· Coordinates events for staff and clients
· Develop new processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiencies
· Ensures all health and safety drills are conducted
· Ensures the goals within the risk management, accessibility, and cultural competency plan are met within the Residential, PHP, and IOP LOC.
· Provides input into the screening and hiring of positions
· Ensures medication pass during the weekend runs smoothly
· Conducts one group per shift
· Provides trainings to the clinical and PF staff
· Conducts performance reviews of all PF staff
· Solves any disagreements within PF staff
· Holds PF Staff accountable
· Provides supervision to any PF staff that do not have a CADC yet
· Attends the monthly metric meeting with the Clinical and Operations Director and the Clinical and Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Degree: Master's Degree or Above
Specialty: Clinical and Business Oriented. This position can be a LCPC or LISW with management experience. We would also accept a PA-C or APN with management experience.
