The Financial and Clinical Data Manager is a dual-focused role responsible for overseeing CV Remote
Solutions' accounting operations while also harnessing clinical data analytics to provide actionable insights. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position ensures financial completeness, while also utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize clinical performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in financial management, possess a keen analytical mindset, and have the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies aligned with the company's mission.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Oversee the company's accounting, including payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and budgets.
• Coordinate and prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and forecasts for future business growth.
• Perform month-end business variance analysis and other analysis as may be required by management.

Data Analysis:

• Develop and maintain clinical dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership, including Clinical Operations Managers to analyze data for operational improvements.
• Identify financial trends and recommend actions by analyzing accounting options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional coursework or certification in Data Science or Analytics is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, data visualization tools, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
