The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is in charge of overseeing all clinical and administrative tasks, developing and implementing facility management plans, managing healthcare finances, keeping an eye on and upholding the facility's compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, managing quality assurance procedures, and making sure each resident has the freedom to live as they choose.

What will make you stand out: 

• Having a current New York State LNHA Certification

• Five years of prior experience as an administrator in long-term care

• Proven leadership & management skills

• Having a warm, welcoming personality and excellent communication skills
