We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Director Emergency Services to join our team in East Texas!

As the Nurse Director Emergency Services, you will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the daily operations in the Emergency Department. You will play an instrumental part in providing clinical expertise and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians, administration, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.

• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of best practices and healthcare regulations
