As the Director of Facilities Management, you will be at the forefront of technical leadership, addressing complex maintenance and engineering challenges. With hands-on oversight of daily operations in the Facilities Management Department, you'll ensure the peak performance of building systems, covering fire safety, environmental, and mechanical intricacies. Your pivotal role extends to ensuring strict adherence to and surpassing standards set by prestigious entities such as the Joint Commission, CMS, and AHJs, showcasing our commitment to excellence in facility management.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's preferred
• Must be capable of obtaining a professional license in Engineering
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, high-pressure steam systems, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal codes/inspection procedures
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting
• Joint Commission experience
