Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Construction Project Manager

  • Position Summary:

    • Must always maintain a courteous and professional manner with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and the public.
    • Manage asphalt paving and concrete projects at big-box retail and other commercial locations
    • Perform evaluations of parking lot conditions. Assemble bid packages including quantities, repair maps, and photos
    • Locate qualified subcontractors and secure bids
    • Lead pre-construction meetings with subcontractors and customers
    • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contract documents and to Moyer Facilities standards and expectations
    • Coordinate construction phases to ensure there is minimum disruption to our customers.
    • Ensure accurate communications with Senior Project Manager and customers concerning project scheduling
    • Extensive travel during the week
    • Perform minor repairs including: pothole patching, sign repair, bollard repair

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

    Experience:

    • Construction: 1 year (Preferred); Willing to Train

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License (Required)

    Willingness to travel:

    • 75% (Preferred)

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
