Role Description

This is a full-time Clinical Liaison role with some flexibility. The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting assessments, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with CayCare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Liaison will also be responsible for sales, rehabilitation, and business development in their assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Case Management and Home Care experience
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Rehabilitation experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in healthcare, preferably in senior care
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations is a plus
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Flexibility
• Use of technology (phone) to document as you go is a must.
• Discharge planning skills a bonus.

- Sales: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships and contracts

- Spanish language proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Customer service: Excellent customer service skills to provide support and assistance to healthcare professionals
- Business development: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
