    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Project/Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving project success, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client account management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management

    • Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
    • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, acting as their representative within the agency to ensure effective communication and understanding.
    • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients about project and campaign status, proactively responding to evolving needs and ensuring expectations are managed.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to client success, ensuring proactive measures are taken to resolve issues.

    2. Sales and Business Development

    • Engage with potential sales opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Identify and leverage upsell opportunities to increase client value and enhance service offerings.
    • May participate in proposal writing to support new business opportunities.

    3. Project Management

    • Develop project scopes of work and implementation plans, ensuring that all project costs are captured for billing.
    • Proactively facilitate ongoing communication among teams, manage project logistics, and provide supporting information, materials, and clarity to team members along the way.
    • Ensure marketing campaigns and activities run on schedule and within budget by managing timelines and liaising with the marketing team and other collaborators.

    4. Reporting and Analytics

    • Oversee the preparation and delivery of detailed reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), successes, and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and review digital marketing KPIs and workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve the desired goals.
    • Track and analyze client success metrics to ensure projects are on target and meeting client expectations.

    5. Collaboration and Strategy

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align client strategies with overall marketing efforts and objectives.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive client success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Enhance collaboration between cross-functional teams and marketing team members.

    Experience:

    • Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
    • Client Management: 5 years (Required)
    • Project Management: 5 years (Required)
    • Analytical Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
    • CRM Software: 2 years (Preferred)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client success or account management role.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering positive client relationships.
    • Track record of effectively managing multiple clients and projects concurrently.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
    • Experience in digital marketing is highly desirable.
    • Leadership proficiency with the capability to mentor and cultivate team members.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
