Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of clinicians
- Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor treatment outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with PTSD and other mental health conditions
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to the advancement of evidence-based practices
- Provide child and family counseling services
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work)
- Current licensure as a LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatments for PTSD
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
