    Position Summary:
The Hub Project is looking to add a mission-driven Project Manager to our abortion campaigns team. The Project Manager will work with The Hub’s abortion campaigns team to execute innovative, strategic, and effective programs nationally and in our target states. In this role, you will be responsible for working with team members to support outreach to progressive partners and organizations and a network of highly engaged personal abortion storytellers and advocates, while working with the program’s internal and external team members to organize and advance program goals and objectives. The right person for this role is team-oriented, able to prioritize multiple competing deadlines, highly organized, and able to manage and build key campaign partnerships.

    As Project Manager, you’ll

    • Support the planning and execution of the abortion campaign team’s national and in-state programming, which may include but are not limited to events, press conferences, rallies, round tables, and bus tours.
    • Assist with internal and external initiatives including events, paid media, research, and digital communications efforts.
    • Manage and organize outreach and communications to progressive partners and a network of personal abortion storytellers and advocates.
    • Schedule meetings with stakeholders and progressive partners to build, sustain, and strengthen relationships that will facilitate abortion advocacy programming.
    • Assist in drafting actionable campaign plans and strategies that take into account The Hub Project’s diverse set of resources and talent for short-term and long-term objectives.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track and manage deadlines and approvals processes for key campaign deliverables.
    • Work with the Finance team, external vendors, and campaign team leadership to ensure that invoices are accurate, paid on time, and in alignment with overall plans.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    About you

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • You are committed to a just and inclusive economy that delivers opportunity and dignity to all Americans, are passionate about preserving and strengthening our democracy, and support everyone’s freedom to make decisions about their reproductive futures.
    • You thrive on managing projects with many stakeholders and moving pieces, and are able to manage and properly prioritize multiple projects at a time.
    • You are a creative problem-solver, organized, and live for the details and a good spreadsheet.
    • You are comfortable taking on evolving responsibilities.
    • You show initiative and are adaptable to changing requirements.
    • You are comfortable collaborating with a team while taking ownership of your piece of a project.
    • You are comfortable with fast-paced work.

    Preferred Experience
1-2 years of experience on a political campaign, in an advocacy organization, at a public affairs firm, or on Capitol Hill.
