The Compliance Program Manager will be leading a highly-skilled team of healthcare compliance and law professionals with a hospital that provides a wide array of services. The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for assisting in the implementation and ongoing management of the Compliance Program. The Compliance Program manager will demonstrate knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the healthcare provider industry. They will have the ability to translate and articulate complex rules, regulations, and compliance issues; into terms that are understood by workforce members at all levels of the organization. They are a key liaison between the work force and the ongoing development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, compliance training, while keeping up to standards with compliance trends.
The Compliance Program manager will be joining a hospital that houses 150 licensed beds, that has been serving its community with the most patient-care centered services for over 100 years. Compliance Program Manager will be joining a Level III Trauma Center that has earned a number of prestigious awards as seen with Primary PCI Chest Pain Center Accreditation, their Quest for Excellence Award, and their New Mexico Performance Excellence Award to name a few.
