Clinical Data Team Lead I
The Clinical Data Team Lead I will contribute and lead data management activities in support of studies across the department. CDTL I is responsible for ensuring that clinical trial data processes operate effectively and that subordinate team members meet or exceed expectations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Effectively supervise and manage subordinate team, with guidance
- Training on responsibilities to subordinate team, and other department staff as needed
- Provide support, engagement, and mentorship through regular 1:1s and team huddles
- Coordination of subordinate team assignments and responsibilities
- Efficient and effective communication with subordinate team, and internal/external stakeholders, with guidance
- Ensure adherence to DM and Sponsor timelines for team assignments
- Responsible for reporting on team productivity and utilization
- Escalation of potential roadblocks to Clinical Data Management
- Ability to manage and oversee a minimum of 10 studies and/or 1 sites
- Any other duties assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:- Bachelors of Science required or equivalent, related work experience.
- 1 years Clinical Data Handling
- 1 year supervising or leading a team
- Experience with common Electronic Data Capture and eSource platforms
- Versed in Google suite or Microsoft Office
- ACRP Certified or ability to attain certification
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and federal regulations
- Capacity for critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Excellent time management
- Desire to lead positively, motivate and supervise a team
- Ability to communicate to various levels of an organization
- Assertive, but skilled in conflict resolution

Willsboro is a town in Essex County, New York, in the United States, and lies 30 miles (48 km) south of the city of Plattsburgh. As of the 2010 census, the town population was 2,025. The town is named after early landowner William Gilliland.
