Visit activities include but are not limited to:
· Collect Vital signs
· Check for hospitalizations
· Check for Concomitant medications
· Specimen collection, processing, packaging, and shipping
· Completing Visit Documentation

Recent home health experience
Reliable transportation
Technologically savvy
Available on weekdays during regular business hours or on a Per Diem
Minimum of two years of blood draw experience
Must have been engaged in direct patient care within the last two years
