This 131-bed acute care hospital values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics.

The Director Clinic Operations will provide direct oversight for 5 clinics. The Director Clinic Operations will oversee hiring and ensure all clinics are staffed appropriately. The Director Clinic Operations will prepare budgets and will manage all fiscal responsibilities. The Director Clinic Operations is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include: 

• Experience working in clinic management
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
• Minimum of Associate’s degree
