The Director of Sleep will lead the department to serve the surrounding community’s inpatient and long term care needs. Staffed by exceptional Nurses and Techs, the Department is known for its High Standards and support a Rockstar staff of Physicians.
This Director of Sleep will be responsible for staffing the Sleep Center that they oversee and developing and implementing performance improvement projects to improve the work environment and patient care quality. They will also be responsible for managing finances and budgeting for the department and ensure that all needs within the department are met.
