CSO is looking for a Program Director for our Respite Services in Florence, MA.
Our Respite services offer clients behavioral health assessments, intervention and stabilization, 24 hour availability (7 days per week,) support from professional Peers, and are a preferred alternative to hospital emergency departments. We offer these services to all individuals regardless of insurance or ability to pay.
The Director will provide daily clinical and administrative leadership of the program in collaboration with the Senior Program Director. They will supervise Crisis and CCS/Respite Program staff and/or supervisory staff and oversee program access and availability to families and to community agencies of the region.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree with at least three years' experience in the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families, and mental illness; independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT); extensive knowledge of Crisis and Respite programs; at least three years supervisory and management experience; experience with Utilization Review and Quality Improvement. Excellent clinical, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software.
