Clinical Research Manager manages the clinical monitoring process and the administration of clinical trials. Supervises CRAs in in-house and on-site monitoring, filing, and clinical trial administration. Being a Clinical Research Manager oversees adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice and FDA regulations. Helps with the development and implementation of clinical processes, procedures, and programs. Additionally, Clinical Research Manager may require a master's degree in nursing. May require ACRP or SOCRA Clinical Research Professional exam completion. Typically reports to a director. The Clinical Research Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Research Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. What you will do:
As an Associate Contracting Project Manager, you will:
Work on all aspects of construction projects with responsibility for project execution.
Work with a team to complete objectives in a given time frame with available resources.
Be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of projects and accountable for assigned scope of work, schedule and budget.
Enable Trane Technologies to focus on solutions that provide our customers with the most energy-efficient buildings.
Compensation Information:
Base Pay: $73,000
Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the training.

Travel/Location of GTP
In-person training, ranging from one week to four weeks, at various company sites.
What you will bring:
Possess a bachelor’s degree. Strongly preferred Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.
Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
