As the Nurse Director of Critical Care Services, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing, directing, and supervising clinical and procedural units within the ICU, Med/Surg, and Med/Tele floors.
• Ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining safe staffing levels, and managing efficient patient throughput.
• Developing and managing department budgets, driving ongoing quality improvement initiatives, and fostering professional development opportunities for staff.
• Communicating vital information to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

The ideal Nurse Director Critical Care Services candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required), with a Master’s degree (preferred)
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina (or compact state)
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience in a critical care unit
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc.)
