Rapidly growing Home Health Agency is seeing a Registered Nurse to join our team as the Director of Clinical Care. We specialize in providing Non-Medical attendant care to the Kansas Medicaid waivers, so there is no skilled care involved.

The Director of Clinical Services is a high-level position with the primary responsibility of ensuring that agency Care Coordinators and Nursing staff have the essential resources to treat patients. By establishing policies, setting goals, developing procedures, evaluating staff performance, the Director of Clinical Services helps ensure efficient operations so that agency Care Coordinators can worry less about administrative activities and focus on meeting patients’ needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Devise strategies and plans for the clinical care team according to agency standards for excellent service and growth
• Plan and oversee all patient care
• Assign cases and create schedules for all employees
• Coordinate and supervise staffing coordinators providing constructive feedback
• Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
• Monitor compliance to state regulations, internal policies, and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold licensure as a Kansas nurse, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proven experience in clinical supervision or at least two years of supervisory experience working in a medical setting, preferably Home Health
• Must be able to maintain flexible work schedule in accordance with patient and agency needs
• Excellent time management skills, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Creativity and Organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written (also with ability to meet required standards of documentation)
• Ability to meet deadlines

Full benefits available. No weekends.

Salary: $80,000-$87,000
