Clinical Services Director - Home Care jobs in Rogers, AR
Clinical Services Director - Home Care directs nursing staff providing clinical services to clients. Establishes appropriate levels of care and ensures quality of nursing care. Being a Clinical Services Director - Home Care monitors compliance with all procedures and regulations for all clinical services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Services Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. Requires certification as a registered nurse (RN). Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Thursday - Sunday, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR/BLS Aid Certification (No online courses accepted)
- Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray Result
- Spinal Cord experience required
