Job Title/Position: Registered Nurse

Reports To: Director Of Clinical Services

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Skills:
- Proficient in medical records management systems such as Kinnser
- Knowledgeable in aseptic technique for wound care and infection prevention
- Familiar with basic life support techniques

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
