Daily Responsibilities:- Provides services to clients through a short-term case management model.
- Receives case assignments, establishes treatment plans, reviews case progress and determines case closure through the supervisor of the assigned program.
- Meets regularly with assigned cases through outreach to shelters and communities at large.
- Provides individual counseling to address motivational and psychosocial problems of clients.
- Provides shelter outreach and intake as requested.
- Provides clients with counseling and concrete assistance to support increase or restore client’s capacity for self-sufficiency.
- Master’s degree (M.A.) in clinical social work, counseling
- Eligible for LPC, LSW, LCSW or LCPC
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Swing schedule, some 8am-4:30pm and some 12pm-8:30pm shifts
