Therapeutic Solutions is an outpatient private practice offering comprehensive mental health care, specializing in intensive outpatient programming for adults in a group setting. We are a team-focused model, working collaboratively with clients, our psychiatric providers, medical assistants and clinicians as a part of a client's journey toward healing.
Our company has a small agency feel, an excellent multidisciplinary team, and a positive work environment. We promote and foster engagement in social and team building workplace activities in a fun atmosphere.
Clinicians on the team receive DBT training on hire, CEU training opportunities, and annual paid license renewal. Associates are welcome to apply as clinical supervision is provided at no additional cost.
Clinicians are paid hourly with typical work hours. No weekends or call work required.
JOB SUMMARY
The Clinician's main role is facilitating group therapy with opportunities for individual, family and assessment work. Our groups are structured with a custom curriculum, rooted in the DBT modality. The position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing high-quality client care, displaying sound skills in assessment, therapy (individual, group and family), as well as treatment and discharge planning.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Completes biopsychosocial assessments on assigned clients.
2. Conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
3. Conducts efficient client-centered discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
4. Performs initial and concurrent utilization reviews.
5. Participates in weekly treatment planning activities.
6. Enhance referral development.
7. Provides clinical supervision, as assigned.
