    We are seeking a skilled mental health clinician to join our team and provide exceptional mental health care to our clients. The mental health clinician will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing mental health issues.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations of individuals/families experiencing mentalhealth issues.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ needs andgoals.
    • Provide individual and group counseling and therapy services.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and progress notes.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, andcase managers, to provide coordinated care.
    • Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health andincorporate best practices into treatment plans.
    • Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
    • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress and treatmentplans.

    • Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
    • State licensure as a mental health clinician
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
    • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques
    • Ability to maintain confidential information and records.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
    • Pass a background check and have an unsanctioned license.
