Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors,
• Support kitchen staff by providing clean cooking tools and equipment as needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices at all times.
• Help with food preparation tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
• Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring all dishware is returned clean and ready for use.

Skills

• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
• Experience cleaning within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Basic culinary skills are a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
