Cloud Systems Analyst is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Analyst develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Analyst monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. We are seeking a System Analyst that will assist customers with all aspects of workforce management in the UKG Ready environment. In this highly collaborative and dynamic environment, the System Analyst delivers business-to-business application support to UKG Ready users.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and implement software to meet the client’s requirements
New client configuration of software and Current Client maintenance and troubleshooting
Utilize strong research skills and ability to think outside the box to address new challenges and meet unexpected customer requests
Determine best solutions for clients needs and fully test solution to identify and resolve potential negative externalities
Maintain frequent communication with client using strong customer service and project management skills to meet their needs with UKG Ready and beyond
Assist with creation and implementation of training for client end users on use of software and best practices
Collaborate efficiently and consistently with the IMVIZE team to ensure best client experience
