Cloud Systems Architect is responsible for the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Being a Cloud Systems Architect develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS) and platform-as-a-service (PAAS) platforms. Ensures the security and compliance of cloud environments, including data protection and privacy. Additionally, Cloud Systems Architect monitors and analyzes cloud infrastructure performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Cloud Systems Architect works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. - 10 years of techno functional DIRECT experience in Oracle Procurement & Supply chain modules.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Purchasing, Receipts and Inventory modules are required.
- Payables, Accounting and finance modules knowledge will be a plus.
- Should be able to work and build standalone applications and integrations with Oracle EBS.
- Should have strong understanding, well conversant and hands-on experience working with APIs/interfaces in/out, technical data conversion & application extensions of Oracle Procurement & supply chain modules.
- Experience in producing quality MD050 designs, BR-100s, ability to work with technical development and accomplishing interface & integration testing independently.
- Works closely with business customers to implement systems projects including the development of plans and deliverables in the Procurement and supply chain applications portfolio. Should be able to handle projects independently.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional analytical and time management capabilities.
- Oracle PL/SQL experience.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
- Current Oracle Cloud Certification is desired.
