Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide information about products, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Familiarity with technology and wireless sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette
