Co-Pilot (Small Jet) pilots or co-pilots aircraft following standard operating procedures to ensure that flights operate according to all regulations, safety, and company policies. Follows required procedures to perform pre-flight checks and inspections. Being a Co-Pilot (Small Jet) determines flight routes, speed, take-off, and landing times that will fulfill scheduling requirements. Completes required documentation and performs post-flight procedures as required. Additionally, Co-Pilot (Small Jet) may require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to chief pilot. The Co-Pilot (Small Jet) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Purpose or Objective(s) : Support and guide clients of the Choctaw Small Business Development Services (CSBDS) Department by providing consultation and advisement on business ownership and management to ensure they are receiving quality business assistance and access to quality training and networking opportunities to grow their business.
You will report to the Small Business Development Services Manager.
Payrate : $25.69 per hour Salary, Full Time Schedule and Hours : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday OFF WEEKLY EARNED WAGE ACCESS IS AN OPTION FOR THIS POSITION
Primary Tasks :
2. Consult with entrepreneurs and new business owners on multiple phases of new business development including strategic planning, marketing plans, market entrance costing, financial planning, operational development, organizational design, product / service price structuring, profitability analysis.
3. Deliver integrated and comprehensive instructional training courses and business advising services to local Choctaw tribal member entrepreneurs.
4. Counsel and provide technical assistance in business plans, marketing plans, financial plans, access to capital, and other applicable areas.
5. You will identify and direct interested participants to proper channels and resources in selected communities.
6. Promote services to Tribal and community organizations involved in small business and economic development.
7. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
